Mr. Cao Shiguang,born in September 1968. CPC Member. Currently Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Huaneng Power International, Inc.(HPI), Deputy Chief Accountant and Director of the Financial Assets Department and Shared Center of China Huaneng Group, Executive Director of China Huaneng Group (Hong Kong) Treasury Management Holding Limited, Director of the Council of Jianxin Leading Strategic Emerging Industry Development Fund, Vice Chairman of the Electricity Finance and Economics Special Committee of China Electricity Council, and Organization Representative of China Interbank Market Dealers Association. Formerly served as the Director of Budget and Comprehensive Planning Department of China Huaneng Group, President of Huaneng New Energy Co., Ltd., and Chairman of Huaneng Finance Co., Ltd. Graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, majoring in Power Systems and Automation, with a PhD in Engineering. Senior Economist.​

Mr. Guan Xiaozhou, born in December 1969. No party affiliation. Currently Deputy Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of HPI, Assistant President of Dalian State Assets Management and Operation Co. Ltd. Previously served as Chief Accountant of Dalian Equipment Investment Group Co., Ltd. Graduated from the Taxation Department of Northeast University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor's degree in Taxation and a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Senior accountant.​

Mr. Xia Aidong​, born in May 1968, CPC Member. Currently member of the Board of Supervisors of HPI, Director of the Audit Department and Audit Center of China Huaneng Group, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Huaneng Capital Services Co., Ltd., and supervisor of Guangdong Energy Group Co., Ltd. Formerly served as the Chief of the General Affairs Division and Budget Division of the Finance Department of China Huaneng Group, and Deputy Director of the Budget and Comprehensive Planning Department. Graduated from Beijing Business School majoring in Accounting. Senior Certified Public Accountant.​

Mr. Song Taiji, born in October 1974, CPC Member. Currently member of the Board if Supervisors of HPI, Deputy Director of Overseas Business Unit of China Huaneng Group Limited, Vice President and Party Committee Member of China Huaneng Group Hong Kong Limited, Executive Director and Party Secretary of Huaneng International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. Formerly served as Assistant General Manager of Huaneng Shandong Power Generation Co., Ltd. and General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Huaneng Shandong Ruyi (Pakistan) Energy Co., Ltd. Graduated from North China Electric Power University with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation. Senior Engineer.

Mr. Zhu Tong, born in April 1971, CPC Member. Currently member of the Board of Supervisors and Director of Human Resources Department of HPI. Formerly served as the Deputy Chief and Chief of Human Resources Division and Deputy Director of Human Resources Department of HPI. Graduated from North China Electric Power University with a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering. Senior Engineer.​

Mr. Wang Yu, born in July 1972, CPC Member. Currently member of the Board of Supervisors and Director of Legal and Compliance Department. Formerly served as Deputy Director of Discipline Inspection and Audit Department, Deputy Director and Director of the Fund Settlement Center in the Finance Department, Chief of No.2 Funds Division, and Chief of the Funds Division of Finance and Budget Department at HPI. Graduated from the Project Management Department of Ocean University of China with a Master's degree in Engineering.
