Mr. Li Shuqing, born in March 1963, CPC member. Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Huaneng Power International, Inc. (HPI), Deputy Chief Engineer of Huaneng Group, Director of Equity Management Center, Chairman and Secretary of Party Committee of Huaneng International Power Development Corporation (HIPDC). He served as Assistant to General Manager of Huaneng Shanghai Shidongkou 2nd Power Plant, Deputy General Manager and then General Manager of  Huaneng Shanghai Branch (Shidongkou 2nd Power Plant), General Manager of Huaneng Group Huadong Branch (HPI Shanghai Branch)，Vice President of HPI, Executive Director and General Manager of Huaneng Hulun Buir Energy Development Co. Ltd., Chairman and Secretary of Party Committee of Huaneng Shandong Power Generation Co., Ltd., Director of Huaneng Group Electric Power Development Department (shale gas development and utilization office), and General Manager of Huaneng Green Coal Power Co., Ltd. Mr. Mu Xuan, born in September 1975, CPC member. Vice Chairman of Board of Supervisors of HPI, Vice President of Dalian Municipal Investment Holding Group Co. Ltd., Chairman and President of Dalian Natural Gas High Pressure Pipeline Co. Ltd. Previously served as Assistant President of Dalian Construction Investment Group Co. Ltd. Graduated from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics with a Master’s Degree in Technical Economy and Management. Certified Accountant.   

Mr. Xia Aidong , born in May 1968, CPC member. Supervisor of HPI, Director of Audit Department of China Huaneng Group, Co. Ltd. He served as Chief of Budget Division of Finance Department, Deputy Director of Budget and Planning Department of Huaneng Group, and Director of Budget Department of HPI. Graduated from Beijing Business Institute with a Bachler’s Degree in Economics. Professor-level Senior Accountant.

Mr. Gu Jianguo , born in June 1966, CPC member. Supervisor of HPI, Chairman of Nantong Investment Management Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman and Vice President of Nantong Industry Holding Group Co., Ltd. He used to serve as Director of Nantong Investment Management Center, President and Board Member of Nantong Investment Management Co., Ltd. He graduated from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and he is also an MBA from Antai School of Economics and Management of Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Mr. Xu Jianping, born in February 1968, CPC member. Supervisor, Assistant to the President and Party Secretary of HPI. He served as Deputy Chief and then Chief of Personnel Division of Human Resources Department, Deputy Director and then Director of Human Resources Department. He graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology majoring in Thermal Engineering, and went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Economics from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Senior Engineer.

Mr. Zhu Tong , born in April 1971, CPC member. Supervisor of HPI. Director of Human Resources Department. He once served as Deputy Chief and then Chief of Human Resources Division, and Deputy Director of Human Resources Department. Graduated from North China Electric Power University with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. Senior Engineer.
