Mr. Shu Yinbiao was born in June 1958, CPC member. Mr.Shu is concurrently serving as honorary Chairman of Huaneng Power International, Inc., Party Secretory and Chairman of China Huneng Group, and Co-chairman of Sino-korean Hydro-electric Power Corporation. He is a member of CPPCC, sits on the Committee for Population, Resources and Environment. He is also the 36th Chairman of IEC(2020-2022). He used to be the Chief Engineer of State Grid Dispatching Center of State Grid Corporation of China, Deputy Director of State Grid Dispatching Center of State Grid Corporation of China, Deputy Director (Deputy General Manager) and Chief Engineer of power grid construction department (power grid construction branch), Director of Engineering Construction Department of State Grid Corporation of China, General Manager of power grid construction branch, assistant to general manager of State Grid Corporation of China, Deputy General Manager and Party Committee Member of State Grid Corporation of China， Director, General Manager and Party Committee Member of State Grid Corporation of China, Chairman and Party Secretary of State Grid Corporation of China, Chairman and Party Secretary of Huaneng International. He graduated from North China Electric Power University with a master's degree in power system and automation and a Ph.D. degree in power system and automation from Wuhan University. Mr. Zhao Keyu,born in January 1966, CPC member, Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Party Committee of Huaneng Power International，Inc. (HPI). He used to be Deputy Chief Engineer of Shandong Fangzi Power Plant, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee of Shandong Electric Power Industry Bureau (group company), Deputy Secretary and then Secretary of the Party Committee of Ultra-high Voltage Power Transmission Branch of Shandong Electric Power Group Co., Ltd., General Manager of Human Resources Department of Shandong Luneng Group Co., Ltd., Chairman and General Manager of Beijing Deyuan Investment Co., Ltd., Secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong Luneng Development Group Co., Ltd., Vice President and Member of the Party Committee of Huaneng Shandong Power Generation Co., Ltd., Director of Planning and Development Department, Director of General Office, Director of the Party Committee Office and Secretary of the Party Committee of Huaneng Group, President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of HPI. He graduated from Relay Protection and Auto-tele Control Technology Department of Shandong University, and he holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Wuhan University. Senior Economist.

Mr. Huang Jian Born in July 1962. CPC member. Mr. Huang is a non-executive Director of HPI, Assistant President of CHG, Executive Chairman of Huaneng Capital Services Co. Ltd, Chairman of Huaneng Hainan Power Generation Co.Ltd. He used to be deputy chief and chief of divisions in the Finance Department of HIPDC, Chief Accountant of HIPDC Beijing Branch, Deputy General Manager of Finance Department of HIPDC, Deputy Chief Accountant, Chief Accountant, Vice President, Secretary to the Board of Directors of HPI, Deputy Chief Economist of Huaneng Group and Director General of its Budget Control & Comprehensive Planning Department. Mr. Huang post-graduated from Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance majoring in accounting, master of economy. Senior Accountant.

Mr. Wang Kui , born in February 1967, CPC member. Director of HPI, Deputy Chief Economist and Director of Planning and Development Department of Huaneng Group. Previously, he held various positions within Huaneng Group, including Deputy Chief of Planning Division of Comprehensive Planning Department, Deputy Chief and then Chief of Planning Division of Planning and Development Department, Deputy General Manager of Huaneng Xinjiang Energy Development Co. Ltd. He also served as a Member of the Standing Committee and Deputy Governor of Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang, and went on to become Deputy General Manager and then General Manager of Huaneng Shanxi Branch and Director of Planning and Development Department of Huaneng Group. He graduated from Beijing Economics Institute majoring in Quantitative Economics and he also holds a EMBA degree from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University. Senior Engineer.

Mr. Lu Fei , born in May 1964, CPC member. Director of HPI and Deputy Chief Economist of Huaneng Group. Previously served as Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager of Huaneng Natong Branch (Power Plant), Deputy Director of Fuel Department, Deputy General Manager of Huaneng Fuel Co. Ltd., Director of Budget Department of HPI. He also held various positions within Huaneng Group, including Director of Operation Coordination Department, Director of Marketing and Sales Department and Director of Budget and Technology Department. He graduated from Zhejiang University majoring in Thermal Engineering, and he also holds a EMBA degree from School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University. Senior Engineer.

Mr. Teng Yu , born in August 1963, CPC member. Director of HPI and Deputy Chief Accountant of Huaneng Group. Previously served as Deputy Chief of Finance Division and Chief of Audit Division of Yimin Coal and Power Co. Ltd., Manager of Finance Department and Chief Accountant of Yinmin Huaneng Dongdian Coal and Power Co., Ltd., Deputy Chief Account, Chief Accountant and Deputy General Manager of Huaneng Hulun Buir Energy Development Co. Ltd., and Director of Finance Department of Huaneng Group. He graduated from Central Party School majoring in Economic Management. Senior Account.

Mr. Mi Dabin , born in August 1968, CPC member. Director of HPI, Vice Chairman, President and Deputy General Secretary of Hebei Construction & Investment Group Co. Ltd., Chairman of Huihai Finance Leasing Co., Ltd. Previously served as Chairman and President of Hebei Jiantou Energy Investment Co., Ltd., President of Qinhuangdao Qinre Power Co., Ltd., Assistant President and Director of Operation Department of Hebei Construction & Investment Group Co. Ltd., and President of Qinhuangdao Power Co. Ltd. Graduated from North China Electric Power Institute with a Master’s Degree in Power Engineering. Senior Engineer.

Mr. Cheng Heng , born in November 1963, CPC member. Director of HPI, Vice President of Energy Division of Jiangsu Guoxin Group Ltd., Vice Chairman of Jiangsu Changshu Power Generation Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman of Jiangsu Ligang Power Generation Co. Ltd., Vice Chairman of Yangcheng International Power Generation Co., Ltd. Previously he served as Deputy Director of Planning Department of Jingsu International Trust and Investment Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of Changshu Power Generation Co., Ltd., General Manager of the 2nd Department of Energy Investment of Jiangsu Investment Management Co., Ltd., and General Manager of Jiangsu Investment Management Co., Ltd. He is a college graduate and an economist.

Mr. Li Haifeng, born in July 1979, CPC member. Director of HPI, Chairman and General Secretary of Liaoning Energy Investment (Group) Co. Ltd. Previously served as Deputy General Secretary, Vice Chairman and President of Liaoning Energy Investment (Group) Co. Ltd. Graduated from Tsinghua University with Graduate Degree in Material Science, Ph.D. Researcher level Senior Engineer.

Mr. Lin Chong, born in May 1963, CPC member. Director of HPI, Vice President Fujian Investment Group, Vice Chairman of Fujian Sanming Nuclear Power Co. Ltd., Vice Chairman of Chinalco Southeast Copper Co. Ltd., Director of Fujian Motor Industry Group Co. Ltd., Director of Fujian Fuqing Nuclear Co. Ltd. Mr. Xu Mengzhou , born in September 1950, CPC member. Independent Director of HPI, Independent Director of Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemistry Co. Ltd., Independent Director of Beijing Handi Mobile Internet Technology Co., Ltd., and Vice President of Banking Law Research Association of China Law Society. He used to be a Law Professor at China Renmin University. He graduated from Renmin University with a Doctor’s degree in Economic Law.

Mr. Liu Jizhen , born in August 1951, CPC member. Independent Director of HPI, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Director of Key State Lab for New Energy Electrical System of North China Electric Power University, Chief Scientist for Project 973，Vice Chairman of China Electricity Council, ITE Fellow, Independent Director of Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. He used to hold positions as President of Wuhan University of Water Resources and Electric Power, President of North China Electric Power University, Vice President of China Society of Electrical Engineering, and Vice President of China Power Engineering Society. Professor and Doctoral Supervisor.

Mr. Xu Haifeng Born in Sept. 1955, a CPC member. He is now an independent director of HPI. He used to be the chairman and president of China Railway Express Co. Ltd, director and president of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Co. Ltd, vice commander of construction headquarter for Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway, vice chairman and president of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Co. Ltd. He graduated from North Transportation University major in transportation organization and automatization, and then EMBA from Peking University’s Guanghua Management School with a master degree.

Mr. Zhang Xianzhi, born in February 1957, CPC member. Independent Director of HPI, Professor of Dongbei University of Finance & Economics, Doctoral supervisor, Nationally renowned teacher. Concurrently serves as Consultant to Ministry of Finance for Management Accounting, Independent Director of Yingkou Port Co. Ltd., and Independent Director of Lingyuan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. Previously served as Accountant at Transportation Department of Dalian, Researcher of Economic Committee of Dalian, Deputy Dean of Accounting School of Dongbei University of Finance & Economics, and Director of Sino-German Management Control Research Centre. Graduated from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics with a Doctorate Degree in Economics.

Mr. Xia Qing , born in June 1957, CPC member. Now a Professor at Tsinghua University and Director of China Energy Research Association, he also works as Expert Consultant for National Electric Power Trading Institutional Alliance, China Southern Grid, China Datang Power Generation Group, and State Gird Narui Group, respectively. His job titles also include Vice Chairman of Power Market Special Committee of China Society of Electrical Engineering, Vice Chairman of China Power Reform 30 Member Forum, Deputy Chairman of Energy Storage Committee of China Energy Research Council, Independent Director of Taihao Technology Co., Ltd., and Independent Director of Shanghai Zhixin Electric Co., Ltd. He once served as an Independent Director of the 8th Board of Directors of HPI.
