He was Deputy General Manager and General Manager of HPI Shijiazhuang Branch (Shang’an Power Plant), General Manager of Huaneng Dezhou Power Plant, Vice President of HPI. He graduated from North China Electric Power University in thermodynamic engineering. He is a PhD and professionally entitled as Senior Engineer.

born in August 1957, CCP member, is now Vice President of HPI. He was Deputy Chief and Chief of Dept. of Securities and Investment, Division Chief and Deputy Manager of Administration Department of HIPDC, Manager of Dept. of Securities and Investment and Administration Department, Assistant to the president of HPI, Deputy Chief of Power Development of Huaneng Group, Vice President and secretary to the Board of Directors of HIPDC. He was graduated from Beijing Broadcasting Television University specializing in electronics, junior college graduated. He is professionally an engineer.

Lin Gang    Vice President
born in Nov. 1964. Senior engineer ranking as researcher. Vice President. He was deputy division chief of Engineering Department, assistant to the manager and deputy manager of Beijing Branch (co-generation power plant) HIPDC, deputy manager of Planning Department, acting manager of Sales Department HPI, General Manager of Huaneng Northeast Branch, Manager of Sales Department, assistant to the president HPI. He was graduated from North China Electric Power University in thermodynamics, master of engineering.

Zhou Hui    Chief Accountant
Born in March 1963. Ms Zhou is the Chief Accountant of HPI. She has served as deputy division chief and division chief of the Department of Finance of HIPDC, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of the Department of Finance of HPI, Deputy Chief Accountant and Chief Accountant of HPI. Ms Zhou graduated from China Remin University majoring in financial accountant, master degree. She is a senior accountant.

He was Deputy Chief Engineer and Deputy Chief of Jinzhou Power Plant, Chief of Shenhai Co- generation Power Plant, Deputy Director of the Dept. of Planning and Director of the Dept. of Production of Liaoning Electric Power Industry Bureau, Dean of Liaoning Power Science Research Institute, Chief of Huaneng Beijing Co-generation Power Plant, Deputy General Manager of the Dept. of Human Resources of HPI, President of Huaneng Nuclear Power Development Co. Ltd, General Manager of the Dept. of Planning and Development of HPI. He graduated from Tsinghua University specializing in nuclear reactor, bachelor of engineering. He is senior engineer.

Li Shuqing   Vice President
born in March 1963 Member of Chinese Communist Party.Mr. Li currently is a vice-president of HPI. He used to be Assistant Chief, Deputy Chief and Chief of Huaneng Shanghai Shidongkou 2nd Power Plant, General Manager of Huaneng Shanghai Branch. He graduated from Shanghai Electric Power Institute as a BS in thermodynamics. He is professionally as a senior engineer.
