Mr. ​Wang Kui, born in February 1967, is a member of the CPC. Currently serving as the Chairman and Party Secretary of Huaneng Power International, Inc.(HPI), Assistant to the President of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd., Director of Thermal Power Construction Center and Director of Engineering Technology and Economic Management Center of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. Formerly served as Deputy General Manager and Party Member of Huaneng Xinjiang Development Co., Ltd. (from August 2007 to November 2008, seconded to Xinjiang and served as a member of the Party Committee’s Standing Committee and Deputy Governor of Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang), Deputy General Manager and Party Secretary of HPI Shanxi Branch, Acting General Manager and Party Secretary, and Director of Planning and Development Department of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd, Deputy Chief Economist and Director of Planning and Development Department of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. Graduated from the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University with a Master's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Senior Management. Senior Engineer.

Mr. Huang Lixin, born in July 1966, CPC member. President, Chief Accountant and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of HPI. He was previously Chief Accountant of Huaneng Nantong Branch (Power Plant), Deputy Manager and later Manager of Huaneng International Finance Department, and Director of Finance Department of China Huaneng Group. He graduated from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management with an EMBA degree. Senior Accountant.

Mr. Wang Zhijie , born in November 1964, is a member of the CPC. Currently Vice Chairman and Party Committee Member of HPI. Previously he served as Director of Administration Department and Human Resources Department of HPI，Member of the Party Committee and Director of Discipline Inspection Department of Huaneng International Power Development Corporation, and Director of Organization Department of the Party Committee of China Huaneng Group (Director of Human Resources Department). Graduated from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, with a Master's degree in Business Administration for Senior Management. Senior Engineer.

Mr. Qin Haifeng, born in February 1968, is a member of the CPC. Currently serving as Vice President and Party Committee Member of Huaneng Power International, Inc.(HPI), Deputy Director of Thermal Power Construction Center and Deputy Director of Engineering Technology and Economic Management Center of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. Formerly served as Director of Huaneng Nantong Power Plant, Deputy General Manager and Member of the Party Committee of HPI Jiangsu Branch, Executive Director, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of Huaneng Xinjiang Energy Development Co., Ltd., General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of Huaneng Shandong Power Generation Co., Ltd., Chairman and Party Secretary of Huaneng Gansu Energy Development Co., Ltd. Graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a Master's degree in Electronic and Information Engineering. Senior Engineer.

Mr. Duan Rui, born in September 1967, CPC member. Secretary of Disciplinary Committee and Member of the Party Committee of HPI. He once served as Deputy Director of the Party Committee Office of Inner Mongolia Electric Power (Group) Co., Ltd., Deputy Manager of the Ideological and Political Work Department of North United Power Co., Ltd. (presiding), Secretary of the Party committee and Deputy General Manager of Xilinguole Thermal Power Co., Ltd., Director of Supervision and Audit Department and Deputy Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of North United Power Co., Ltd.. At China Huaneng Group, he worked as Head of Inspection Task Force and Deputy Director of Supervision Department, Member of Discipline Inspection Team under Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee directly under the CPC, Secretary of Disciplinary Committee, Member of Party Committee and Secretary of Disciplinary Committee of HPIDC. Mr. Huang Chaoquan, born in August 1965, CPC member. Currently, he is Vice President, Member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Huaneng Power International. He once served as the Deputy Chief of Business Division of Huaneng Power International’s Planning and Operation Department, Deputy Chief of Marketing Division, Chief of General Affairs Division, Chief of 2nd Marketing Division, Chief of Political Work Division of Ideological and Political Work Department, Chief of Political Work Division of Human Resources Department, Deputy Director and Director of Board of Director’s Office, Director of Enterprise Management Department and Director of Administration Department.
