In the morning of February 12th (Chinese Lunar New Year), accompanied by Dezhou Municipal Party Committee Secretary Huang Sheng, mayor Sun Yongchun, deputy secretary of Shandong provincial party committee Wang Xiuzhi, standing committee member Zhu Zhengchang, Deputy governor Cai Qiufang visited Dezhou power plant construction site, paid tribute to the staff who kept working hard on the front line during the festival period. During the inspection, deputy director of Dezhou power plant briefed Mr. Wang and his entourage about business operations of Dezhou power plant in 2001 and the on-going construction status of Dezhou phase III.
