At 9:00pm May 14th, the company started a conference call with stock analysts and fund managers over the recent announcement of acquisition of four power plants from China Huaneng Group. Vice Chairman Wang Xiaosong, President Ye Daji, Vice President Huang Long and Deputy Chief Accountant Huang Jian participated in the call. 42 analysts from 31 investment banks including Morgan Stanley, UBS Warburg, CLSA, Lehman Brothers, CSFB, Duetche Bank and JP Morgan Chase joined in the call, during which the management exchanged views over questions concerning the acquisition as well as future development.
