Mr. Wang Shouzeng was born in August 1943. He is a senior engineer and graduated from CPC Central School Correspondence Institute majoring in economic management. He had been deputy superintendent, superintendent of Shandong Shiliquan Power Plant and Huangdao Power Plant respectively. In July 1996, he assumed the position of the superintendent of Huaneng Weihai Power Plant.
