Mr. Huang Helong was born in November 1964. He was graduated from South China Technology University (SCYU) majoring in power systems and automation. He obtained a MBA degree from Business Management Institute of SCYU. He had been operation duty chief, maintenance manager, head of affiliated trade company, and assistant superintendent of Huaneng Shantou Combined Cycle Power Plant. At present, he is the superintendent of that power plant and assumes overall responsibility for the day to day management of the plant.
