Mr. Chen Hongji was born in June 1942. He is a senior engineer and graduated from Nanjing Technology Institute. He had served as duty chief, operating manager, deputy superintendent of Fujian Fuzhou Power Plant and generation manager, deputy superintendent of Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant. At present, he is the superintendent of Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant.
