Mr. Xing Pinsan was born in March of 1942. He has graduated from Anhui Water Conservancy and Electric Power Institute majoring in thermal power engineering. He is now superintendent of Huaneng Dezhou Power Plant. Prior to joining Huaneng, Mr. Xing had been deputy general manager and general manager of Shandong Electric Power Construction Corporation, director of Shandong Electric Power Design Institute, vice president of Shandong Electric Power Group Corporation.
